  The staff do their best to make you feel good. They are always smiling and they spare no effort to serve well. Most of them we meet speak English and those who don't will try their best. The rooms were amazing spacious and with a very tasteful decoration. The charges were fare. The looks of the hotel amenities are astonishing. When we had a taxi p... wat mensen zeggen » roblem, unrelated with the hotel, even it was not their fault, they apologise for the inconvenience and made efforts so we continued enjoying our stay - It's clean, the room is spacious, the staff are helpful (although they had a hard time speaking in English which seems to be the norm in Beijing). The location (depending on your fitness, it's around 20-30 mins walk to Forbidden City and about 5-10 mins walk to Qianmen St. Market and I guess, 10-20 mins to the Temple of Heaven)

  The staff were friendly and profession. At the raffles you feel comfortable and get the feeling of being at home. Hotel was very clean and you got value service for your money. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge.   The Shanshui has a perfect location , as it is right on the doorstep of Xidan's Shopping Malls .. The staff @ the hotel are extremely limited in they English ( even the Concierge only spoke very few words ) but as we were out there to visit the Fam , we didn't need to engage in conversation with the members of staff - who in all fairness were most... wat mensen zeggen » friendly especially the maids ..
