  Friendly staff who all tried so hard to accommodate my needs. Had trouble printing out my online flight check-in and the manager was most patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy access to the Bund and heart of modern pulsing Shanghai. Hotel was right in the middle of two extremes, which made my experience so more enjoyable. Great value for money and I will definit - this is an excellent hotel, with great service. check-in was easy. the rooms have just enouth luxury to make you feel you're in a high-class hotel, it had a nice view of city. and the rates are very affordable. breakfast was nice, it had both western and chinese food. the location is very good because it is within a walking distance from the bund river. i would definitely stay at the riverview hotel again.

  Good location. good value for the money. 10-15 minutes walk to People's Square. 2 minutes walk to the MTR station (easily reach from both airports). About 20-25 minutes walk to the Bund street. Clean room, comfortable bad, large bathroom with huge shower. The street where the hotel is located is central, although not very nice ( we didn't care so ... wat mensen zeggen » much). - Top location in shanghai, hotel is newly built, modern design, super clean and the beds are heavenly soft (even for European standards). Definitely recommended for everybody looking for a decent hotel in the center of shanghai.

  Alles wat echt fantastisch! Alles wat je wilt zien in Shanghai ligt op loopafstand. De kamer was ontzettend schoon en het bed was nog beter dan onze boxspring van thuis. De badkamer was zo mooi, ongelooflijk! Ja, ik zou iedereen het echt aanraden, wij hebben ontzettend van genoten. We gingen zelfs in de middag terug naar het hotel om even bij te k... wat mensen zeggen » omen, zo fijn vonden wij het hotel dus, anders bleef je uit eht hotel. Elke avond bleven we laat op omdat we lekker in bad lagen, het was echt geniete - Hoewel het hotel centraal gelegen was, hadden wij aan de achterzijde een rustige kamer. Een prima hotel met een uitstekende prijs- kwaliteitverhouding. Een grote goed ingerichte kamer met een prachtige badkamer. De kamer had zowel vast internet als Wifi. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen T.O.V. de metro. Het personeel van het hotel was vriendelijk en vooral de Nederlandse hotelmanager was uiterst behulpzaam.

Close to some attraction such as: Yuyuan Garden, The Bund, People Square, Huahai Road and others. Lots of good foodstall and 24 h groceries. Nice room with Flat TV, water, ac ( could be a room heater during the cold weather), internet, wate - Beddings, blankets and mattresses were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, there was one who spoke fluent english. The location was absolutely perfect.

  Paid less than 250Yuan using a promotion, got queensize bedroom with window. Staff was supportive and very discrete, no troubles at all. Good balance quality/price. Location is just behind xintiendi pedestrian street (4 minutes walking distance). - Not 3 star hotel . And the wi fi is not working
