The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment. The room & bathroom are spacious and well equipped, with complimentary bath salts, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. The staff at the hotel were very good to me (father) and my 14 month old daughter who were travelling with my sister for for a few days, than on our own for a few more days. For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly.
The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

Room is nothing flash but more than adequate for the price. was facing the street so a bit of street noise but you should expect that at this level of accommodation. Good breakfast selection. Plenty of restaurants in the area. -

We loved our stay at Seventh Heaven hotel! It was in a fantastic location - right on the main pedestrian shopping mall in the heart of Shanghai, and only a few minutes walk from the line 2 Metro stop.
The room was great - spacious, with a desk, fridge, tea making facilities, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Lots of space for our one year old

This hotel is in a great location on a pedestrian only street and close to metro train stations and many shops. The family suite was large with very comfortable beds and free bottled water! At night it was quiet after 10pm when all the shops close and the street entertainment stops. Our luggage was stored safely when we went to Hang Zhou for a night. Reception staff have good English.

Almost all the staff spoke English. I stayed in a private double room and it was spacious and clean enough, the bathroom is very good, and the mattress OK. Wifi in the room. Quiet at night. It is the best location and best cost performance you can get in Shanghai as a visitor,if you take a look at what are the other hotels and their price around.
Facilities are minimal but clean and comfort enough for just a sleep.

The location is fantastic, just 10 m from East Nanjing Road. Also there are 2 metro stations nearby.
The rooms are clean, not very spacious, but enough for 2-3 nights stay.
The staff was ok, but they didn't spoke english, so not much help. Anyway they tried to help us as much as they could.
Wifi ok in the room.
