  The owner of Apricot Courtyard Inn Alex is very nice and friendly. We had some troubles finding the place and phoned up the number, he was very patient and even came out to pick us up! The place is very clean and very artistic! We love the open space in the courtyard and we can smoke there. The service is excellent! Also the location is perfect, so... wat mensen zeggen » convenient and close to the town centre. It's a walkable distance after shopping and dinner in town. I had a great time there with my friends! I high - The Apricot Courtyard Inn was the most welcoming and nicest place we've been to in Beijing. During our one week stay Alex, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel like home. The place was extraordinarily clean and very cosy. Alex speaks fluently English and gave us many tips to find our way around the traditional hutongs. With his help we were able to discover interesting spots and great local bars and restaurants off the beaten track. We will absolutely come back!

  Fabulous location near Tiananmen, Forbidden City, and Wangfujing shopping and markets. The accommodation is basic but the price is right. The staff are friendly. I took one of the hostel's tours to the great wall, it was fabulous. The staff recommended a great restaurant down the road that served delicious duck!   The hostel has a great location, a bit off the main buzz but in perfectly walkable distance and in a nice street with lots of street food options that open late. I was only one of 2 westerners staying there (as far as I could tell) but I really loved all the chinese kids that were staying there, a mostly fashion-conscious crowd who would play guit... wat mensen zeggen » ar or work on their laptops in the home hostel's very nice cafe/bar. i really appreciated the wifi throughout - it was among the fastest connections - The location of this hotel is very good ,it is in the real Beijing Hutong,if you have enough time you can go around nearby Hutong freely, I am sure you can enjoy it very much.

  Located in Sanlitun, a "foreigner friendly" area with its restaurants, shops and nightlife. The bathroom in our room was minimalist but definitely did the job. Nice and helpful staff. Very good quality / price ratio ! I would strongly recommend this one ! - Everything!   Location was super the city is wonderful. Why would you want to stay in the hotel anyway! So the beds were fine. Vieuw was a poster ( who cares) bathroom had multiple blurred windows between the room. I stayed with my brother and it was not inconveinient at all. As for the toilet paper, the are using small rolls but they will give you more when ... wat mensen zeggen » you ask. Breakfast was exellent! Oh and they have floor heating!! Yeay! - The people are really helpful when you ask for assistance and they our trip great. The location of this hotel is fantastic as some of the main attractions in Beijing is all in walking distance. Great place and we would stay again.

  Dit hotel is te verkiezen boven veel 4-sterren hotels in China. Leuk hotel, leuke locatie, schoon. Het was er overigens zo midden in de stad verbazingwekkend rustig. Ook leuk om getuige te zijn van het leven in de hutong's waar door de warmte veel mensen buiten op straat te vinden zijn. In de omgeving voldoende restaurants waar je lekker kunt eten.... wat mensen zeggen » - management/ verzorging was uitstekend. goede lokatie en traditionele bouwstijl. als je beijing echt wilt leren kennen, dan kun je beter in dit soort hotels overnachting.
