  They upgraded me to executive suite - it was a pleasant surprise. Also, I was super happy with their flexibility. I had to run errands and couldn't get back to the hotel to check out before 2 PM and they extended my stay without charging me extra. Really thoughtful and the staff was truly amazing. Would love to come back again. - I have been here... wat mensen zeggen » for 14 days and I really enjoyed my staying. They upgraded me in an executive room, the swimming pool was quite big and the staff has been very friendly (despite some problems in the communication). The hotel is only few minutes away from the underground station.

  The Shanshui has a perfect location , as it is right on the doorstep of Xidan's Shopping Malls .. The staff @ the hotel are extremely limited in they English ( even the Concierge only spoke very few words ) but as we were out there to visit the Fam , we didn't need to engage in conversation with the members of staff - who in all fairness were most... wat mensen zeggen » friendly especially the maids ..
