The staff, especially Julia, was quick to respond to our needs and
complaints. We were transferred to the upper floor when we complained
about the noise from the renovation and to a non-smoking floor as
requested. The room and the double bed are big and comfortable, the
linens and bath towels are fresh. Free coffee and tea. The tv channels
include hbo and English news. Breakfast is something to look forward to
every morning, and the noodle bar provides our comfort food when

They upgraded me to executive suite - it was a pleasant surprise. Also, I was super happy with their flexibility. I had to run errands and couldn't get back to the hotel to check out before 2 PM and they extended my stay without charging me extra. Really thoughtful and the staff was truly amazing. Would love to come back again. -

We found the staff very helpful and the effort to speak English commendable given we only had mastered about 3 Chinese phrases. The wifi worked well in the Lobby. Rooms were very comfortable. I had first some doubts because some comments were not so good.
But then I booked a Junior Suite for a reasonable price. It was in the Executive Wing. INcluding breakfast and several other goodies!
Everything was fine! Clean, big, nice room, Bathroom with a cool Bathtube.
