Family room was fantastic, (5 adults) large and comfy beds with a large lounge area. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

Reception is good, always make me feel welcome. When feedback was provided during check out, the duty manage took step to make sure the glitch did not affect my stay and took initiative to arrange airport transfer for me. Excellent services! -

So spacious...upgraded to 2 bedroom when my requested room was unavailable...2 huge bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area, nicely appointed kitchen and laundry area... Excellent location. Perfectly equipped. Very nice pool and hot tub which were great to wind down in after a hectic day in Beijing. Breakfast was quite good with a great view....wish

Home away from home for those with families (we had two children 12 and 9 years) clean room and brand new bathrooms, excellent service, next to metro, swimming pool for the August a blessing after a day out in Beijing, breakfast for two with reasonable variety and will cook eggs to your style, and real value for money if your going as a family. Our apartment had beautiful view of the iconic CCTV building.

The room was very comfortable; we very much enjoyed the luxury after a long backpacking trip. The spa (swimming pool, sauna) is included in the room rate and there is no additional charge. The spa facilities are well maintained and we made ample use of them. WiFi is fast and free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. -

The hotel was decorated in old style china, great if you want the feel of stepping back in time.The rooms were clean and tidy and the gardens and buildings are very picturesque. Staying here puts you in the centre of a real chinese community, all the people were friendly and if you are a westerner you will draw a few glances. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful as well as extremely attentive. The mall is very convenient, you do not have to go outside and the rooms are beautiful and everything is at your fingertips. Great business center also. -
