All staff members can speak English and are quite helpful. Metro station (exit D) is just several steps away. A famous downtown area is just about 5 minutes walk. Great location near Sanlitun Village for shopping and night life Generally, good for what you are paying. perfect location and nice price. btw mattress is quite good, even better than some 4 stars hotels. Location. Everything you need is right here. This hotel is literrally steps away from the Subway/Metro Line 10 Tuanjiehu Exit D. This hostel is right next to the giant Zhaolong Hotel which shares the same name. You can't miss it.
alle beoordelingen » the staff are friendly and bed is clean. Though there are only 2 shower rooms in each storey, but I never wait for it. Location. Very close to Sanlitun Village Generally clean and relatively quiet. location is very good also next to subway station. Cheap Good location. This was an okay option for fairly reasonable pricing. There really wasn't anything exceptional about this place- it was about the cheapest option in the Chaoyang district.... Free wifi in reception area location close to subway and Sanlitun restaurants and cafes. No elevator so it's tough if you travel with a lot of luggage. Wifi is just available at reception hall, not in your room. Staff barely spoke any English. Have to pay to use the pool, which is in the building next door. No internet in the rooms. Wifi required a password, but when you asked reception for the password they insisted that there wasn't a password. There clearly was a password. I don't understand why they don't give you the key so that every time you go out, you need to ask for the staff to open the door. the simple way is to leave the door open which is risky. Staff's English extremely poor They might give you wrong info. having internet just in lobby and really slow i wanted pay with foreign credit card but they didn't accept they don't have any key every time you need to say workers for opening some staff are rude. It was not clean on the floor in the bathroom. There was no effort to be exceptional in any way- simply ticking the boxes. Internet connection was barely okay, there was no breakfast even though there was a sign advertising one, the bathrooms were not really clean enough.... Things were sort of falling apart in the room... I really wish the front desk staff had been at least minimally helpful. Come on, guys- step it up a little!!!!. Budget single bed room does not have private bathroom (already highlighted in letsbookhotel.com) hostel requires some maintenance to public areas (broken steps, paint chipping, etc.). Bedrooms with dampness. Staff not very friendly and they speak very poor english. Talk about false advertising! Facilities are old and raggedy, Staff is rude and lacks customer service skills. Every floor reeks of the horrid bathroom scents located on each floor. Foreigners should definitely book this as an option at their own risk.
