  From the moment we got there, the service was excellent. We were offered a choice of rooms, served tea, they carried our bags to our room (no lift), and gave us a great orientation for visiting the mountains. Cary was full of information which she was more than happy to share. Ding, the manager is extremely helpful and speaks a little English (with the help of a mobile app). The rooms are clean and spacious and when we mentioned that the Wifi was a little weak in our room, Ding immediately installed a separate hotspot.   it's location is great, our twin room was HUGE, they changed the towels in our room everyday and the western-style food was really good and actually not that expensive. The shower was also really really nice!
