  Value for money and very modern hotel. Stayed here last year and will definitely come back. Very friendly staff, especially the concierge. Rooms modern and clean, very good service at the restaurants - The hotel is very clean and has several different restaurants, the staff is very friendly and can speak good English. Overall the hotel is nice.

  The staff were attentive and the room service was prompt and the food good. The location is very central and there are lots of western shops and places to eat including the inevitable Starbucks and McDonalds. The room was large and very clean and the bathroom was excellent and very large which for a business hotel is unusual. I made a reservation for an Executive Room and when checking in I was offered a cheap upgrade to the Executive Club Floor. Excellent value for money, fantastic breakfast... Also really enjoyed the Club experience! Complimentary drinks and snacks in the late afternoon was a real treat! Been in GZ many times and this was the best hotel I stayed in so far.

  For me is the 3rd time i stayed at Baiyun Hotel. It is a good hotel if you go to Guangzhou for Business. Indeed it is a Chinese hotel and you can have some little difficulties with the language and cigarette (if you are not a smoker). Is a good hotel, nice breakfast with good view, clean rooms, beatiful pool in the last floor and very nice and coo... wat mensen zeggen » perative workers. Just in front of the hotel you have a metro station, and a commercial street with many options for international and chinese restaur - The staff were very helpful and many of them spoke English or were able to ask someone else to answer any questions we had. The choice of food was great. Nearly all the written information in the room was in English as well as Chinese! Generally an amazing hotel, staff and facilities.
