  The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. Everything was organised well and we could check in properly the next day. The apartment is just beautiful and there is nothing missing in it! We even could store our bags at their office on our last day. The - Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

  This is an excellent value that put us right in the middle of the best tourist attractions in Santiago. We felt quite safe in the area and had access to many restaurants--even a super-market in the building. The staff was most helpful and responsive to all of our requests. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

  We stayed at the small studio on Nueva Providencia No 1372 for two weeks in Oct-Nov 2013. The 21st floor apartment was clean and suitable for two of us. Small kitchenette that was equipped with pans, pots, plates of different sizes, cups, glasses etc (for 3 persons), oven, stow, fridge, toaster and water cooker. with spacious bathroom and nicely s... wat mensen zeggen » toring space for clothes and luggage as we stayed for two weeks. They stayed in the same 1bd apartment for 2 separate bookings (with a trip to Viña del Mar in the middle), and apartment living where we could have some meals together "at home" was very nice!
