The hotel had free shuttle from airport and back to airport. It also has
complimentary breakfast, which was good for me. Accommodations were good
and comfortable. I had a very good night's rest which left me
refreshed. There are a number of facilities available within the hotel.

Also use of the internet was free! Overall I would recommend this hotel
especially if staying overnight to make a connection. -
The location from the airport is excellent and costs half of what the
hotel at the airport does. It's exactly 5 minutes by car and the
transfer is free. The room was large and comfortable with two big beds.
The business centre even allows free printing, something I haven't
seen before. The staff were accommodating and flexible with check-out (
normal check-out is at noon, which is already generous).

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The location was unbeatable; a block from two main streets, and a short walk to the Costerna Center and Metro. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The shower pressure was great! The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel!

A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy
check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes.
Breakfast was first class and you could look at the fountain while you

Excellent location in the city center, and close to a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke English. Our room was excellent, comfortable and quiet. We had my wife's birthday dinner at the hotel, we were given extra wine and an extra dessert, and had a delightful evening. Heartily recommended! -

I had my bag and passport stolen in Santiago in a restaurant and we went back to the hotel after we had checked out to get a copy of my passport. the staff were super helpful and helped to call round for cancelling my credit cards etc.....and also offered us all a free drink. Great service!!! -

Very nice hotel situated within a business district. Some of the rooms
have outdoor grass patios, ours had a kitchenette, I'm assuming the
rest of the rooms did as well. The rooms are smallish, but not tight.
Breakfast buffet was fine for a hotel of this type. They had the usual;
eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, cereal,etc. I'm not sure if

After a long journey and not having a visa and just a small run in
with the Customs people, when we arrived in Santiago it was more than
a pleasant surprise to be greeted with the friendliness of the staff

We found the room very comfortable. Bed sheets, mattress pillows best
quality out of all hotels in Sth America. Sound proof. Shower head
excellent. Front desk staff member was on his own and handled the
situation professionally but it did mean waiting to check in for 10
minutes. It was 9.30 pm.
