  This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. - Hotel Regal Pacific is a good hotel, clean, with g... wat mensen zeggen » ood service. Good if your business is around the Alto Las Condes district, close to the shopping mall of the same name. You can charge taxis from/to airport and around the city to your bill, with and add-up.

  Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help: a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it. b. We ... wat mensen zeggen » wanted to do a specific tour in Santiago. We realized at 7:30PM and the tour was from 9PM. The concierge worked with me (because I don't speak Spanish - We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

  I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible. Excelent crew always prepared to help you (specially the muchachos Cláudio e Daniel), good rooms (they provided us one with Andes view), reasonable breakfest and perfect location (Costane... wat mensen zeggen » ra Mall is very close of the hotel and the Tobalada metro station is only 5 minutes of walk). Next time I visit Santiago, for sure i'll stay again at - I was unable to attend with group but the group reported to me they received excellent concierge services from David, transports from the ship to hotel and airport, directions to sites and excursions and great overall experience. They would strongly recommend The hotel to others. Comments were from Ms. Greta Russell group coordinator.

  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay. Close to metro stations and the surroundings are really pleasant for a walk, to dine out or to buy anything you may need. Great staff too. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast.
