  I had my bag and passport stolen in Santiago in a restaurant and we went back to the hotel after we had checked out to get a copy of my passport. the staff were super helpful and helped to call round for cancelling my credit cards etc.....and also offered us all a free drink. Great service!!! - We were looking to stay as close to the Mall, (Parq... wat mensen zeggen » ue Arauco) as we could on our budget, so the hotels location was perfect,it was only a 5 minute walk to the mall. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable I would recommend this hotel.

  Beautiful hotel, lovely neighbourhood. Facilities and food 5 star. Roof top pool and bar was a highlight with great views of city. Take the bicycles around parque metropolitan highly recommended! - The hotel has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. The staff was very helpful. Finally, it offers great alternatives for lunch and dinner.

The diversity of the breakfast buffet is huge, however the "sugarwater" could be replaced by real orange juice.   The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York.   I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay. We also cannot say enough about Enrique at the hotel check-in and Michael and Marco at the Club Lounge. Our room was comfortable and clean. Do try the hotel's Clu... wat mensen zeggen » b Lounge. It does cost extra, but it is well worth it. The food presentations in the Club Lounge from breakfast to lunch, snacks, hors d'oeuvres and c - The hotel is well located in the center of Santiago. The reception of the hotel is so kind that he offered us a upgrade of our room to executive suit.
