The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great and the pool and garden were lovely. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The hotel, the room and the bathroom were a bit dated. A bit more variety in the breakfast would have been nice (eggs for example). A bit noisy due to many dogs barking in streets every night (this probably applies to every hotel in Pucon).
