  Octant fill in the excellent spaces on my iPhone. I want fill then all in. This hotel should be rated a ten star. I have never been in a hotel where all the staff is Trained. I am in a business that does training and I know when staff is trained. This is really something from the past you font see anymore. Fantastic - Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!) Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

  The location was ideal to get away from the in-town crowds even while being close enough to make quick trips to the Inner Harbor area. The staff's reception was friendly and helpful and continued to be attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful! I would love to return! - Friendly, efficient staff in amazing Victorian house in lovely quiet area of Victoria with many "heritage" homes and good places to eat and visit all within walking distance. Good breakfasts. Comfy bed. Quirky electrics! Turned light on and the fridge came on too! Soaker hot tub with water jets.

  The size of the room and the facilities. The coffee maker. The bathroom accessories. The breakfast was great, and we loved the waffle maker. Good choice of breakfast food and drink available to meet customer needs. The onsite pub offers good value for money. Check-in and checking out was very efficient. The staff are awesome. We stayed at the star - Excellent staff... Everyone was professional and friendly. We came over from Seattle. I had booked the stay online at letsbookhotel.com...we had a dog with us, and I had listed pet friendly as a requirement. Somehow letsbookhotel.com hadn't informed the hotel. Your staff was able to book us a pet friendly room and rectify the problem. I really appreciated that.
