  We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water kettle in the kitchenette, just perfect for traveling with children. Lovely view out to The Empress Hotel, downtown and some water views. Staff was gracious and helpful. The pool area was also nice. Wish we had had more time to swim, but water is deep (5-9 ft). Will definitely keep in mind for next visit. - Great location within easy walking distance of the coach station if you are arriving by public transport and close to the inner harbour attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely rooms. Enjoyed the view from the restaurant while we had breakfast.

  We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.   The location was ideal to get away from the in-town crowds even while being close enough to make quick trips to the Inner Harbor area. The staff's reception was friendly and helpful and continued to be attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful! I would love to return! - Friendly, efficient staff in amazing Victorian house in lovely quiet area of Victoria with many "heritage" homes and good places to eat and visit all within walking distance.
