  First night was in a newly reno'd suite. Wonderful. Esp loved the Nespresso machine provided in the room and the whole set up even if in a tiny space could satisfy me or a small group for a week or longer of business or pleasure. - Location for walking in the city.   Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo toiletries, classy all the way. The staff is amazing, the rooms are luxurious and high tech with tvs on the bathroom mirrors and little things like his and hers slippers. Very clean and a great hotel all around.

  The hotel exceeded our expectations on almost all counts. The service, the staff, the location , the hotel ambiance , the food, etc. all exceeded the high standards that we were looking for. We are on a month long holiday and this stay was our high point of the entire trip spanning cities such as New York , Las Vegas , San Francisco, Calgary , Ban... wat mensen zeggen » ff, etc. Would look forward to be back here. - Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Room was fantastic for a young family and location is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 10 Stars!!!
