James & Marianne are excellent thoughtful hosts and the facilities are superb. the location is convenient to the airport (a $33 taxi ride in 25 mins) and around the corner from lots of shops and restaurants . also easy bus access to downtown. Breakfast was a gourmet relaxed affair! -

Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Room was fantastic for a young family and location is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 10 Stars!!!

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. The food was very good at the Grill room and breakfast, we had not realised that breakfast was included in the tariff and was very much appreciated..All services provided were very much appreciated and the Hotel was well situated for walking to places of interest and to Public transport. The suite was very clean, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. Glad we paid a little extra and got the suite with the balconies and fireplace. Location was easy access to water taxi, or a good walk over the bridge to get to Granville .Island. Granville Street was very close too, we walked it every night. It had many pubs and stores. Police were present, we always felt safe.

minute stroll to Canada Place. $8 taxi ride. The hotel itself is well
appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared
to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle,
fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds
were very comfortable and maid service excellent.
