  Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo toiletries, classy all the way.   After traveling and staying at budget friendly accommodations, this was a VERY welcome treat. My kids and I were treated extremely well. From the front desk check in until check out, we were very pleased with our stay. The room had an excellent view of the harbour and Concierge was very helpful. They even held our bags after check out until we... wat mensen zeggen » needed to leave for the airport - FREE - Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool and fitness room. Free milk and cookies for the kids. Great location close to the Waterfront SkyTrain station. Canada Place and the Fly-Over Canada attraction are right across the street. Great harbour views. We had a room with a garden patio on the same level as the pool and fitness room.

  The hotel exceeded our expectations on almost all counts. The service, the staff, the location , the hotel ambiance , the food, etc. all exceeded the high standards that we were looking for. We are on a month long holiday and this stay was our high point of the entire trip spanning cities such as New York , Las Vegas , San Francisco, Calgary , Ban... wat mensen zeggen » ff, etc. Would look forward to be back here. - Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Room was fantastic for a young family and location is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 10 Stars!!!

  It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.... wat mensen zeggen » All the staff whether it was the door-person,cleaning staff,front desk were extremely polite and accommodating to all our needs. - I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
