  I liked the friendly greeting I recieved from the staff on arrival.Rhonda in housekeeping took special care that my room was well provided. Satish, the manager was on top of everything and even drove me into town on a particularly rainy day. The continental breakfast is more than ample and the breakfast room is very pleasant. I used the Barbecue area on the Sunday that I was ther - Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us. He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

  This hotel is staffed by people who understand the idea of great service. Check in and check out was handled by friendly, courteous people. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. The breakfast that was included was beyond the usual sweet bun and coffee... very nice! Staff were all helpful and allowed me to leave an item behind the desk so my cousin could pick it up later in the day.   Stayed 2 nights in May but unfortunately it rained most of the time, but we didn't let that spoil our stay too much! The view from the suite is breathtaking over looking the inlet. The beaches are close by but you need a daily park pass of $19.60 for a family, however the owners provide you with an annual pass for your stay which we didn't expect.... wat mensen zeggen » ...FANTASTIC! Tofino is only a short car journey. The suite itself was finished to a high standard, they supplied us with a crib/playpen for our baby - We loved the location, the view from our suite, the view across the road, the easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail, and the closeness to Long Beach. We found our hosts to be extremely helpful, and would gladly stay at Cygnet Cove Suites again.

  The en-suite queen room we rented was a great value for the price. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. It was very helpful having a refrigerator and microwave. The location was quiet and very close to the Wild Coast Trail. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. - It was very convenient to come and go with the keyless entry. The gardens are fantastic...the view over the bay....private deck with table for breakfast right on the water...the hot tub...kitchen area....home made granola and other breakfast items (the host telephoned me to ask what I would... wat mensen zeggen » like)...the large apt...separate living room, bedroom and bathroom...this place is fantastic and an easy walk to the ferry dock and a great restauran - Lots of space and privacy.   There was a double bathtub, a double shower and a private hot tub. It was very quiet and in the middle of a rainforest. The Wild Pacific Trail was just a couple minutes walk and so was the Pacific Ocean. It was very relaxing and the owners were very nice. - The BATHROOM!!!   Wij sliepen in de 'floating suite' dat is het bovenhuis van een soort boothuis. Via een lange steiger bereik je deze en dus drijvende accommodatie. Geweldig uitzicht, je kijkt vanuit je bed zo op zee en de vissersboten die af en aanvaren.
