  The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! We signed up for breakfast and it was a great way to start the day.They are planning on adding a spa and pool.It is a very unique hotel and we had a wonderful stay. - Interesting concept.   Room was great. Had a wonderful roman tub and separate shower, comfy king size bed and view of the Parliament buildings. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tubs. Arome Restaurant was excellent - food, presentation and service. - Beautiful, luxurious bathrooms and fantastic view !!

  Excellent location. Our family all met here the night before taking an early morning flight together out of Montreal. Walking distance from check-in, and all inside. Very nice rooms. My grandchildren loved the pool. - I choose this hotel because I needed to be close to the airport, Pierre Trudeau, and it was good value.   The hotel isn't too big, so we felt everything had a personal touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although they all speak English, they appreciated our (very poor) attempts at French.We ate often in the Saint James, and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there, as well as the friendly and efficient staff. I tend to rely on other visitor comments and found them to be very helpful. I do not have one negative thing to say about the stay and the staff were very friendly and after a long night of travelling accomodated us immediately with a room, which was a very pleasant surprise.

  The room exceeded our expectations ,the pool and spa were very good the dining room served an exceptional meal service was beyond very professional for the evening dinner and the morning breakfast was very varied and prepared - Pool was beautiful and open early. Room was great.

  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... wat mensen zeggen » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  The choice of words did not adequately describe the resort. We enjoyed the walks and the lake but the indoor pool and spa were great, the food was terrific and the general area offered plenty of activities. We plan to return with a family group. - Wonderful stay, great dining, excellent outdoor activities, great fireplaces (never ever get rid of ... wat mensen zeggen » those!) friendly staff. We plan to make it an annual winter get-away.
