  The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere... wat mensen zeggen » else. - The excellent customer service of the staff. Simply amazing over the top! The upgrades and helpfulness made the stay a wonderful one. The room was beautifully appointed; very clean and modern. We would recommend this and definitely return.

  We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer. Our rooms at the Chateau have always been very nicely appointed, roomy, in good con... wat mensen zeggen » dition, and the maintenance is great. My wife and I love the Mallard Lounge late at night for a drink by the fire. It's one of those moments when we f - I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

  Located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, this Lodge is beautifully appointed. One feels both close to nature, while also having luxurious accommodations. The freshly baked cookies, the coffee/tea, the fruit readily available gave the lodge feel very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean, I - The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one. Freshly baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch too. The breakfasts were very good and free wi- fi was welcome.   Despite arriving the same time as a bus tour, our check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly as were in Mantles bar/restaurant which had nice food. Room was large, bed comfortable. - The staff is very friendly. This is our second time staying at the Delta, and we loved it.
