First time staying there, was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort, the quiet. The neighborhood is more industrial which proved to be a benefit from a lack of traffic/city noise standpoint. Staff were great. Will stay there again. Originally booked due to price but was very happy with the overall quality of the room. -

Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.

It was in the perfect location very close to Dallas Road as we were in town for the Marathon and it was also close to the start/finish, and my elderly parents had come along. We found it very comfortable, although my husband and Mom ended up being sick and it was a bit awkward sharing the one bathroom which connected both bedrooms. Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! The dinner we had at the lodge was excellent...very different and interesing combinations. The included breakfast was equally yummy with lots of choices.
The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful.

claire, the owner phoned us within 5 minutes of checking in, to see if there was anything we needed and if the room was to our satisfaction. she is very passionate about qualicum. the room was perfect. the location, couldn't have been better. past the rose garden, through the gate and to the beach!!!
