The location is an ideal stopping spot if travelling across Ontario (eg Sarnia to Ottawa ). It is close to all shopping, scenic drives, all variety of restaurants, gas stations.
Very comfortable beds, clean room with mini frig, coffee maker and hair dryer. Asked for a late check out and it was no problem.

We have stayed at this particular Comfort Inn many times. For the very first time, the girl at the counter when we arrived, was not friendly at all.

Seriously overdue for a makeover . Every surface : carpet , wallpaper , paint , furniture etc is worn , torn and stained . Will likely call to confirm re-decorations before deciding to stay again . Sad because the staff deserve better support .
It really could have been cleaner and the décor and fixtures in our room were old and tired and made the room seem less clean than it probably was.
Too many flies in the window area. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.
The road crews gathered outside of many rooms at four in the morning and shouted and yelled and cursed until about 7:00 am, leaving their diesel engines running all of the time. The staff did nothing about it. Terrible place to stay!!!!.
