  My wife and I have stayed there at least 6 times and I think it's the best place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake! Very friendly staff...very accommodating. Love the quaint feeling of a boutique hotel.   The staff at the hotel and spa were outstanding. I have never received this level of service in my travels. They went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was enjoyable. We arrived late due to stormy weather. After getting checked in we went to the restaurant for snacks and drinks. They told us they normally close a few hours ago but they kept the kitchen and bar open for us and w - The staff at the hotel were excellent - they were super-friendly and very accommodating. I also loved that the hotel had bikes available for hotel guests for a very reasonable rate. I also really liked that the hotel had dvds available to guests to watch movies in their rooms at no additional charge. My partner and I had the continental breakfast on the first morning, which the kitchen staff put on a tray for us so that we could have breakfast in our rooms. The breakfast was very good - great c
