  Very Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very accomating and extremely friendly staff, it was a pleasure liked the close proximity to shopping, and restaurants,to stay at the hotel, would stay their again and recommend to my friends - Room with king bed was very nice.   The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room. The Cyrstal Inn has an outdoor pool but it was too chilly to ... wat mensen zeggen » go in. The room we stayed in was usually $199 and on letsbookhotel.com we got it for $99 which was a great price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. - The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off.

  i have mention your hotel to everyone meet even strangers. this hotel is clean ,staff is excellent they helped me with my luggage and talked with me if I needed anything it was taken care of. you get a lovely breakfast full it is just like the pictures . there are NO bugs The room is very clean and they clean and make your room up everyday you sta... wat mensen zeggen » y unless you tell them otherwise. I have stayed there 6 time now and I will always go back every time I am in Niagara Falls They are very friendly and - the staff , pool, my room,142 is perfect, the food , comfort ,privacy, it is my second home if I could live at this hotel I differently would. the staff make you feel so welcome and do everything to make your stay exactly how you would like it Niagara Lodge and Suites is an excellent place to stay no matter how long you wish to stay . I am going back in July /2013 for 5 days the prices are so inexpensive and you get free breakfast swimming pool in and out doors fridge and microwave rooms are
