Zeer gunstig prijs - The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. - You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!

Personeel kon ook veel informatie verstrekken over de omgeving en deden dit dan ook graag. First time here. Booked online and it is exactly how the pics are online but better we absolutly loved this hotel we are defiantly going to make that our hotel of first choice . We go to Niagara Falls often and hard to choose a hotel without paying big bucks this one is affordable we got it at 99 a night online and the hotel is stunning clean and everyone is friendly defiantly coming back soon:)

De locatie, de grote kamer met bubble bath.en gratis parkeren en deuitzicht op usa / grens. - Het hotel was echt goedkoop en toch was alles prima in orde. Dus de prijs was goed, alles was keurig netjes, het rook lekker fris, de kamer was supergroot. Niets te klagen!

Reasonably priced, centrally located, quiet, comfortable bedding and two
pool choices, front desk staff especially Alaina(morning staff) very
helpful and giving us suggests of where to go & what we could do.
Continental breakfast, nothing fancy but a good start to get you going.
Would recommend and stay again.Considering the small amount of time
spent in room not necessary to spend alot for the stay. Car not
necessary to get around in town. Also used Bus transit pass with tours

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people.

I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. 4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space.

Coffee is always available.
The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

I was very hesitant since I have never stayed at this Best Western before but we were very impressed. It was clean and very neat. We loved the balcony. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet.
I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -
