Booked my room online the day of travel. This Motel is a lovely facility with exceptionally clean rooms, Fresh linens, towels, etc. Continental Breakfast and beverages are available in the office area.The owners were wonderful and ensured that our stay was comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The couch in the room - we didn't have to eat on our beds. There was a BBQ to use if we were staying longer. It was quiet - we like the smaller places with not so many people.

I was in Napanee on business, the motel as handy to where I needed to be, the staff were friendly, so next time I will book there agan. I loved the friendly and helpful owners. I felt very safe and the motel was close to everything I needed in Napanee. The privacy of my unit - which was at the back of the motel; friendliness of staff. Excellent, warm and friendly staff. For the price, it was of very good value. Been staying here for years. Friendly helpful owners. Quiet. Very affordable. It was good for the money. It was very basic but clean and satisfactory. it was convenient and close to where I needed to be for the weekend. The room was cozy, and everyone was very friendly. It was clean and good value for the money. clean and neat. The price was good and the room was clean. The beds were confortable and it is in a quiet area. Friendly staff; functional for short stay. three beds and separate room. The only word in defense: it looks like the whole region is overpriced. The room was too warm. TV was a little small. Beds were okay but not great. Nothing not to like. -- weren't sure where the breakfast was? maybe our fault-we didn't ask ?. .......There was no table or counter in my room....and no coffee maker. However if I had needed a coffee maker I'm sure I could have gotten one. The room I was in was quite small. There were also holes in the sheets which felt a bit shabby. Room a bit small. He could not find our booking and we were fortunate that our room was still available. they had a continental breakfast that did not have any healthy options. They also made me a tea via the microwave. There was no hot water in the shower in the evening, and limited supply in the morning. The office was not open for breakfast in the morning before we had to leave (8:00 am). no microwave in room. Furniture a little dated; thin walls; some light bulbs burnt out. dangerous step going into bathroom only protein for bfast was yogurt not enough room to get to continental breakfast( too close to main office door and only room for one person at a time) no ball for basetball net. That was the tiniest room I have ever seen. There is ever no door between the room and toilet, just hard plastic curtain. I sure this type of motels/rooms can exists, but not for $80 (incl all taxes), totally overpriced.
