The hotel is well situated near the Berri/UQAM subway station. My room was indeed spacious and comfortable, but also very quiet, even though it faced the street.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it does offer good value at a modest cost. -

It's located close to essential shopping strip and yet manages to
keep unnecessary noise out. The temperature was perfect, the shower,
washroom, internet connection and the general feel was awesome. Contrary
to the popular rumour the internet connection didn't time out after
15 minutes. It never did time out! Other than tooth paste and toothbrush

The front reception desk management especially Mr.Issaha and Ms.Mina were thorough professional persons. They both were extra polite and very helpful. The management is very fortunate to have these kind of dedicated people in their team.

downtown tourist points are all in a walking distance) and public
transportation (all metro lines are in a walking distance and the bus
stop to/from the airport

Our room was excellent for the price. Full suite with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, dining/living area, and little balcony.
Hotel was very close to the metro (our form of transportation for the trip) and therefore we could go anywhere in the city really.
Also the hotel was in a nice area, fairly quiet, and surrounded by little coffee shops and restaurants.
