The fellow from the restaurant informed us that he wasn't open for business for another hour and a half, but when he noticed how hungry we were, he took pity on us and served a wonderful pizza. - I like the staff there were very nice and polite.   Our company was attending a conference in downtown Calgary during our stay. The location on an arterial road which leads to the city center is very well planned, making the commute painless for someone who is unfamiliar with Calgary. For those times when a cab was required, the taxi companies had a regular presence which made this option painles... wat mensen zeggen » s as well. The staff were very attentive, courteous, helpful, and professional. The entire facility was in excellent condition and very well kept &am - Pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable very clean room. Good breakfast with good choice - items ordered separately. Easy access to city centre using bus that was replacing the train service. Train station is only a block away but was not operating due to the very recent flooding in Calgary.

  Excellent reception staff, very helpful and efficient. Particular thanks for helping us with flight check-in. High quality linen, towels and furniture. Tea & coffee facilities in room. Nice artwork throughout the hotel. Lovely and quiet stay despite the hotel being fully booked. Meal in the Raw Bar excellent and drinks at the Yellow Door fabul... wat mensen zeggen » ous. Only a short walk into town making it ideal location for us. Very good place to stay. - I love the dark tones of this hotel room and the large standing shower (no tub) with the "rain" style faucet was perfect. The staff were completely awesome, friendly and helpful. I hear they'll be starting some renovations sometime within the next year too and I would most definetly stay here again, with or without the reno's. Terrific experience!

  Loved the high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was fantastic. The bath products smelled so good. Staff was very helpful (especially when I had troubles with using the room key and when I phoned requesting for another blanket and a feminine product). - We had another great stay here. The rooms are of modern design and a cut above what you would expect from a downtown hotel. Definitely worth trying.

  Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink. The food was excellent - really high quality. Delicious! On site Starbucks definitely a bonus.   The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal. Ask for executive rooms on the tird floor that open on to the pool. Perfect!!! - Very close to C-train, fantastic if you are here on business.... wat mensen zeggen » Lovely rooms. The room had a balcony which was great. Just great value for your money will defenitly stay here again.

  We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat... wat mensen zeggen » ion - The staff were amazing! Always friendly we walked out of our room and we had two different people at different times say good morning it was awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they were able to give it back!
