Ook het toilet dat kapot was, werd direct gemaakt.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice. The location was also wonderful. St. Catherine st and it's shopping was also walking distant - After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town, cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

  The staff were very helpful. We stayed four nights with an overnight trip to Quebec City in the middle. They stored my large bag for the night.   The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.
