We liked the spacious junior suite, all the staff, the convenient
location, the cleanliness, the reasonable price, the breakfast room, the
pool and the rooftop "lounge" area. I could walk right down to
the big department store, Hudson Bay, and to a cvs pharmacy for anything
that I might need to pick up. The people who cleaned the rooms did a
perfect job. It was very handy to have the kitchenette. It was also good
to have laundry facilities right off the gym. We found this place on the
Internet

The Custom King room was excellent! The kitchen was well equiped it came with plates and cups..Room service was also good I had to asked for Robes & they came & give it to us in the room. The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.
