  Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people. There was n incident with some people in the courtyard at 230am which the staff quickly delt with. - Direct access to the Water Park.   My husband and I had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were in Niagara Falls for a wedding and decided to book at Country Inn and Suites. We had not ever stayed at this hotel before and were extremely pleased with everything,from the staff to our room everything was perfect. We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

  We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to everything! We were able to walk to the Skylon Tower for dinner and we can walk down to the falls I'd we wanted to (which we might do a... wat mensen zeggen » ctually). The service was very reasonable. Not super warm, fuzzy and friendly but indeed friendly, helpful, attentive none the less. I don't need ppl - We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast. Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

My experience was the total opposite of the comments I read in the bad reviews. No problem with the room, got a free upgrade, no smoking smell (and we had 1 baby and 1 toddler so you can figure we needed a cle... wat mensen zeggen » an smoke-free room). Location is fantastic, parking on site, and the owner was very friendly and willing to provide all information. We lost 1 of the - Reasonably priced, centrally located, quiet, comfortable bedding and two pool choices, front desk staff especially Alaina(morning staff) very helpful and giving us suggests of where to go & what we could do. Continental breakfast, nothing fancy but a good start to get you going. Would recommend and stay again.Considering the small amount of time spent in room not necessary to spend alot for the stay. Car not necessary to get around in town. Also used Bus transit pass with tours pkg.purchase

  We had a wonderful 2 days here. Loved it, close to everything. Free breakfast was simply delicious. Enjoyed our leisurely evening drinks also. We told everyone how nice we had it. We will be back. Thank you so much for everything. - Nice facility very close to the Falls, Skylon and all the the central attractions. Reasonable room rate.
