The price was very reasonable to start with and then we were upgraded to a suite for the same price. The rooms were extremely clean...the sink and bathtub actually shone. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. The location for us was perfect. We would definatly stay here again and would highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner noticed we had forgotten to grab towels at the front desk and kindly brought them to us at the pool :) Cute little place, nice clean pool hot tub and sauna and super close (within a two minute walk) to shopping, dining and many other amenities. Great value!.

Close to shopping, restaurants, McArthur Island sports centre, and airport. Also, it was calm and quiet and just the right amount of basic living. Rooms were nice and clean and beds were good. Location for us was excellent as we were visiting relatives on the North side of Kamloops. Location, price, cleanliness, air conditioning that works, good cable system, fridge, accommodating staff, no-smoling rooms,. friendliness of staff, facility to book, pet friendly, large family rooms, safe, good location. Clean budget hotel if you need to be in North Kamloops. I would stay here again. I liked the price , kitchen facilities,location, lots of towels and the staff. Easy to access, lots of ammenities nearby, would stay there again. Good for a stop-over. Clean and well-kept, close to restaurants. I liked that it was cozy, secure parking, & quite. it was a reasonable price I would stay there again. central north location, pool and hot tub. Quiet place. Showed up with our medium sized dog which letsbookhotel.com said was ok but was informed by manager they had a weight limit which I don't really understand. He was very accommodating and allowed us to stay anyway. It was perfect for what we needed; a place to shower and sleep. it was quiet and had all the amenities we would have needed. Great price for a nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. nice location. The hotel had a pool and hot -tub, which is the only reason we stayed there. near airport. Location. The pool. Noise from traffic was a concern. Also had to phone the front desk to get WiFi password. Being on the 2nd floor (I will request 1st floor next time)...that's about it. Can't think of anything. If a person was picky, it could use an update in decor, and it had a bit of an 'old' odour when we first arrived, but it quickly dissipated/we didn't notice it after a few minutes. I found that the maid did not leave the room so I had complete confidence that it was clean. Examples are the bed sheets were not tucked in tightly, the toilet paper was ripped off crooked, and not tucked up, and one towels were not foled and hung square. I am sure it was all clean, but just gave pause for thought. A little more care could have been taken. parking not available in front of our room on main level, several other vehicles parked in our area. n/a. Everything was fine. the shower head, lack of extra blankets,pillows. A small window in the back of our room needed a curtain to block out the light. It was like a beacon it was so bright!. Room needed more lighting. no restaurant. The area is not the cleanest and the room was a little smelly but hotel is older so was not so bad. Beds were a little stiff and it was pretty hot and muggy. We originally had booked at a similar, but much less expensive motel in Kamloops, called the Star Inn, however, the pool at the Star Inn was closed, so we wanted another option. Fortune motel was the next cheapest option for a motel with a pool. But comparatively, the motels were so similar, but Fortune was $25 a night more. Forture did not offer a free breakfast, whereas the less expensive motel, Star Inn, did include it in the lower price. very basic furniture, no breakfast, pool closes at 9. Clanking noises (heating pipes?) in the middle of night. There was a French fry on the bed when we first got there and the hide a bed was dirty and really dirty underneath it when we moved it. The guy at the front desk was a little rude. mouse in room and smelly air in this location.
