  Check in and check out were both very quick, easy and pleasant experiences. The room we had was large, airy, extremely clean and comfortable. Lovely pool, albeit small and cool as well as hot tub, good after a days hiking. This hotel is pet friendly, but does not relegate you to typical outdated/under-cleaned "pet friendly rooms". A small deposit, and you can stay in any room. We had a lovely suite with plenty of room for us and 2 dogs

  Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. It is a beautiful hotel and we are considering having our wedding there when we set a date.... wat mensen zeggen » Thank you - The inn had good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. A choice of three restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!

  We have stayed at The Tonquinn before and they were very good to us. We booked a double bed room, but because we forgot to mention we had a dog they only had two bed queen rooms available that were pet friendly. At the same rate we booked, they upgraded us! Staff is always very helpful. This recent time we were in a room above the utility room, an... wat mensen zeggen » d something in the utility room was extremely loud. We had a rough night with the noise coming on every 8 minutes. In the morning we told the front de - The sheets smelled so nice and clean. I think they are fairly newly renovated rooms. It's maybe a bit small for square footage in this room but we only had double beds and we were very comfortable sleeping here. The swimming pool looked so nice with the big windows but unfortunately we went to bed after our supper and didn't get a chance to use the pool.

  Having the facilities to cook for ourselves was great and the kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and easy to use. A tea towel would have been useful but that is all. The swimming pool was great. Staff were friendly and you could help yourself to further supplies of tea and coffee etc from the reception. Outside seating was also available. - We stayed in a room with a King sized bed and it was immaculate and very updated. We only paid $100 and it was quite luxurious for the price. The shower was super clean, updated, and nice with really good pressure. The room comes with a mini fridge as well as a microwave upon request. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  We loved the location! Beautiful place!! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had eaten breakfast at the restaurant there and came away very full! The menu was awesome and the food was excellent! I had mentioned to the waitress that it was our 40th Anniversary and felt it was a good start to the day! We decided to make a reservation for dinner ... wat mensen zeggen » that evening. When they sat us down they had put a heart shaped ornament on our table!! Felt very spoilt!!The food was fabulous!! They had surprised u - In jasper in the slow time of year, the restaurant was only open a couple times a week so we didn't get to enjoy it tat much. That being said we had breakfast Wednesday morning which was delicious and dinner Wednesday night, also delicious, staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The proximity to Jasper can be a little bit of a headache but when all the facilities are open would be much better. Very close to some very good walking trails and pyrami

  Although our visit was only for a couple of days, the hotel afforded us an opportunity for accessibility to those fabulous mountain sights that Jasper is famous for.   because our pre booked was not ready they gave us an upgrade, not only had the room been updated but we had a kitchen with oven so were able to cook for our selves. The bed was fantastic,the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Staff very friendly and there was a pool and Hot Tub - Excellent value. About 10 min walk into town or 1 min by car.... wat mensen zeggen » Friendly greetings and attentive staff. Easy parking. Quiet location. Rooms fair size perfect for weekend or overnight. Our room was cleaned to a high level. Absolutely no complaints.
