  We loved everything, from the magnificent log house, Connie's amazing breakfast and scones, Gary's directions (which are amazing as we were able to find "hidden gems" in an unfamiliar landscape), their cute dog Pearl and her persistent play with rabbits, the spotless room and washroom and more importantly, their hospitality and continuous strive t... wat mensen zeggen » o make our stay the very best! This was a home away from home and a home that's much cleaner than my own :) - An absolute gem !! A truly wonderful Bed & Breakfast experience, Connie & Garry are so warm & welcoming and very informative on the area, and offered me many helpful hints on visiting the Island. The home and property are gorgeous, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable.The breakfast was sumptous and very satisfying.I really couldn't have asked for better. I highly recommend this B&B.

  The lady, Helene, was very courteous and generous. She made me breakfast on the first morning before I had checked it and also on the following morning, even though I only booked for one night and didn't charge me for the extra breakfast. She was also very welcoming and informative. I was very sleepy after not having slept on the ferry and she ... wat mensen zeggen » allowed me to take a nap in my room well before check-in time. The washroom was very clean and looked lovely. I asked her about taxi fees the mornin - Nice place next to the main road along the waterfront. The B&B is build in a blend of Victorian and Colonial style, has a large kitchen/parlor on the ground floor and a comfortable living room on the first, both free to use for guests. The rooms are small but fine, everything has been either built or refurbished recently. Welcoming hosts who like to share their knowledge of the area with you. Good choice of breakfast and free wifi - just fine.

  The owner was very friendly. We were stuck in North Sydney waiting for the ferry and she was so kind to let us stay in the Inn all day at no extra charge. We highly recommend that its the place to stay in North Sydney. You are practicaaly next door to the ferry and there a nice view with an excellent atmoshere off an old country Inn. - Close to t... wat mensen zeggen » he ferry to NFLD. The B and B is clean, and quiet. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, ask for the ground floor. The owner of the B and B is wonderful and knowledgable of the area. She is more than happy to answer any and all questions. Breakfasts were filling and yummy.

  We loved this little b and b! Our hostess was a character, and I mean that in a good way. She was very forthright in her opinions, which came in handy. We arrived late (6:30 and we apologize once again for not calling!) and were very hungry and thirsty. She recommended Rollies as a place to have some pub food and drink and listen to some Celtic ... wat mensen zeggen » music, with the disclaimer that the last people (from Georgia) had hated it. We decided to go anyway and are glad we did. Although the place reminded - The owner is very welcoming and made sure we were very well looked after. The accommodation is excellent. Breakfast was excellent as well. We would stay here again.

  Lovely place with a posh lady and a friendly therapy Setter dog (Cute Girl). This place is amazing. It is a romantic 3-store house with a large beautiful garden, a boathouse and a spot of recreation beside the sea. The rooms are fully-furnitured and delicately-decorated. And the breakfast is fabulous! - The victorian style furnishings with local artisan crafts were very cool. Friendy hostess served an excelent breakfast. The outside was very well landscaped with stacked flag stones and beautiful flora. It was relaxing as well as entertaining with the ocean channel views, water features and Coi pond.
