  The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. - The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.

  The beds are the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in. In room dining is always great. The staff customer service is excellent! - Excellent Service, Great Food, Friendly Staff, Clean Beds. Everything was above and beyond my expectations!

  I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool was quaint but well kept and clean. The breakfast was more real food than I had anticipated. I was expecting cereal only and was pleasantly surprised. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels and the complimentary breakfast is never that good. The teemperature in the room was comfortable(most hotels are to hot and it is difficult to adjust the temp.) I will use this location again

  This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down).   Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. - View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean.

  Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. Janet went above and beyond about an article thought left behind in our room, she returned call in very short time. Wonderful.
