This hotel is new, well-maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and clean. The fitness centre is above par when compared to many similar hotels. The breakfast is also better than most. Excellent stay. -

The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -

We had an overnight stay with an early morning flight. Comfort, good shower and internet access in a quiet location were priorities. We also wanted a couple of hours at West Edmonton mall for shopping. The excellent friendly and helpful staff capped off a stay that fulfilled all of our requirements; in fact exceeded our expectations. -

I had an early appt at the Edmonton Clinic and live 3 hours away. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. The room was large with two very comfortable beds. There was a microwave and fridge. Wifi and parking were free. We went to an excellent Chop restaurant next to the hotel car park. Good breakfast included. -
A great place to go for our anniversary. Comfy and had all that we needed.
