The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -
The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.

Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. When we arrived our letsbookhotel.com reservation was not in their system, but they quickly made up for that. Bed was comfy, attached restaurant was convenient, and underground parking was really appreciated as it was very cold!! -

I had an early appt at the Edmonton Clinic and live 3 hours away. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, right from check-in to the servers in the restaurant. I was meeting someone who ended up being delayed so I had supper alone and the servers made me feel so welcome. I liked the sitting area near the lobby, it gave me somewhere to go other than my room. -

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

How quiet my room was. I was close to the elevators and was afraid that noise would keep me up, but I could hardly hear the hallway. Convenient location, comfortable room, quiet, pleasant and helpful front desk staff. The hotel met my needs as I stayed only briefly. If I was planning to stay longer or had small children with me, I would have wanted to have a car, as the hotel is situated in a high traffic, fairly remote location for a pedestrian/bus rider. -

Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a
manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the
Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and
for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it. Plus I like the
