  I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very accommodating. The value for your money for a nice bright, roomy & very clean room. Housekeeping were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness, friendliness, & location. I will be staying there again in - The best 3 stars hotel I have ever stayed in so far. It deserve more than 3 stars. There is superstore and McDonald 24hrs across the street. There is bus station in front of Tommy Romans just few meters away from the hotel. You can take bus 6 or 80 to reach southgate centre and metro station to take you to the downtown.

  I got a good rate and an upgrade to an executive room, which made my stay special. Close to West Edmonton Mall. Good bathroom design. Lots of space. Two comfortable easy chairs, plus the desk chair. Effective air conditioning, as well as a window that can be opened. Grainfields restaurant. - Location - very close to the West Edmonton Mall.   The beds omg the beds were to die for!!! This is a first for me. The staff (front desk to cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. They treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup removers in our room. The breakfast was great!! We were at the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive. - This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning.
