  Large comfortable rooms. Ultra clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful indoor pool area with large hot tub. Awesome location in downtown Banff, within walking distance to everything in town. Parking underneath the lodge, in a town where there is little to no parking. - the view of the mountains is extraordinary. the conference was in the hotel ... wat mensen zeggen » so easy access. The underground parking and again easy walking access to everything. the sink outside of the bathroom was great as well as the little fridge. - We had a great weekend in Banff and will definitely stay at the Banff Park Lodge again. Comments: freindly & helpful staff excellent food (and good value) very comfortable room great pool & steam room most convenient location

  From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. I thought the wedding party late at night would be too noisy, but it's fun and e... wat mensen zeggen » ntertaining for a little one. Our room was far enough removed as well. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

  The place was really well kept, and spacious. great location. - the room had a nice view, the hotel has a great location. There was no luxury but the room had all the comfort.
