  Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. Would also work well for a couple with little kids - two TVs so kids could be in bed and adults could still be up. Liked that they used LED pot lights. The breakfast was continental plus - great selection. Hot Tubs seemed ... wat mensen zeggen » very popular.They had a laundry - nice if you're travelling. - The location is right in the heart of Banff. The friendly reception staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or request from me. Free internet in the lobby and free parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast was the usual continental one but service was with a smile.

  We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. - I received a call fro... wat mensen zeggen » m the front desk about an hour after I checked in to see if there was anything I needed, it was a nice touch. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.
