  Little tropical haven in the middle of Phnom Penh.The rooms are HUGE and extremely well appointed.Service is very friendly and efficient. The staff are great and give the impression that nothing you require is to much trouble for them to provide.The food is excellent and there is usually some great specials on such as B.B.Q's, traditional roasts et... wat mensen zeggen » c.I stayed there for 3 nights in September and will definitely be staying there longer when back in PP next year - The hotel has good location in Sihanoukville - close to the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. My room was small but clean and quiet with air-conditioner, safety depoit box, cable TV and good Wifi. The hotel staff multilingual, friendly and helpful. They can arrange trips, transportation etc. The hotel has good and not expensive restaurant / bar with Euro-Asian dishes and chilling music.

  We loved this place. It was in such a convenient location to everything....the Palace, etc and all the wonderful restaurants in Street 19 and connecting streets. The pool was a welcome relief after walking the streets of PP. Francois, the general manager, could not do enough for us. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was adequate. Charming environment and helpful staffs. If you like your coffee and bread you will enjoy breakfast. Great location nice and close to the Riverside and shops and cafes. Rooms were clean and the garden and pool are well maintained, would stay here again. Thanks again to the cute reception girl & handsome French owner！

  Staff speaks good English and very friendly. They supply clean & safe drinking water. The design and the environment of the hotel are cosy. It's such an enjoyable experience having breakfast in the breezy garden area, beside the small yet beautiful pools. The breakfast is wonderful and the coffee is great. The double room that we stayed is ver... wat mensen zeggen » y spacious even with an extra bed. Air-con works well, which is very important in Phnom Penh. Location is about 3 minutes walk to the Independence Mon - The staffs are really accommodating. Special thanks to Chandy for assisting us on booking car/tuktuk every time we need to hit the road. Our room is nice and clean plus it's just in front of the pool! In terms of room size, it's just average. Also, the hotel allowed us to check in earlier than usual and without any charge. Overall, our stay in the hotel was awesome.

  We loved the Kabiki! What a find, and to return to this wonderful Oasis in the heat of Phnom Penh. Great pool, very friendly staff - who let out expat friends' kids swim in the pool.   From the moment I booked the communication was excellent, emails were answered very promptly. The driver was waiting at the airport for us and gave us a running commentary on the journey in. We stayed overnight only, on our way to Siem Reap. It had a cute little pool, with lounges & small bar. Their food was excellent, which I think they got from a Resturant next door. Good service & big rooms with a safe, TV, fridge etc. all the things we needed.
