  Everything! It was our first visit to Cambodia and Mr Rina, the manager, did everything he could to help us - organised a river trip, a tuk-tuk tour of the town, and a (very good) driver to take us on to Battambang. Our room was spacious, attractive and comfortable and breakfast was excellent (wide selection of fruit, crispy bacon etc). W - This place is just amazing considering what you pay. Very luxurious, the rooms are big, modern and beautifully decorated. The pool area is the most amazing oasis of tranquility, palm trees line the whole place and they have big double sun loungers for you to relax on, plus it stays open until 10pm! The food was excellent, in fact we didn't go out in the 2 evenings we were there (partly due to being exhausted!) so we sat in the lovely open restaurant and endulged ourselves in the great menu and

  The staff are fantastic and really and make this hotel what it is. They are so welcoming, helpful with nothing being too much trouble. It has a lovely roof top terrace and our room was large and spotlessly clean with everything you would expect (air-con, cable tv, fantastic shower and free bottled water daily). They - The staff, in particular Sidat and Reang, were eager to assist us with information, help in getting Vietnamese visas and with anything we requested. They didn't try to push anything on to us. Their personal approach made our stay extremely enjoyable, they smiled all the time and were thoughtful towards our questions. It was nice to learn a little about everyday Cambodian life from them and we hope their hard work results in a bright future. Everything about the room was as advertised and it was

  We loved this place. It was in such a convenient location to everything....the Palace, etc and all the wonderful restaurants in Street 19 and connecting streets. The pool was a welcome relief after walking the streets of PP. Francois, the general manager, could not do enough for us. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was adequate.
