  First impressions do not do justice to this hotel. I booked a junior suite because of the great price and found myself with a spacious, quiet, comfort room overlooking the garden/terrace. Just be aware that the hotel is built against the side of a steep hill, so the garden is actually up several flights of stairs.   Having previously lived in Bulgaria, I know what represents value for money there - and Hotel Bela Neda certainly offers that! Set amidst the quaint cobbles of the 'old town', you're still only minutes from shops, bars and restaurants in the centre. I will definitely be booking again when I next return to VT! - the hotel is on a side street, in an older neighborhood (stone paved narrow streets) and therefore it was a quiet location. The hotel has a small grass garden in which my kids played a lot. while strolling in the old part of town it I enjoyed the architecture of old houses, crowded and small giving an unique feeling of an authentic old region. Lots of souvenirs to choose from. Some very nice hand painted china.
