  Very good service from the staff. We got champagne, fruit and cake from the hotel when my boyfriend was celebrating his birthday. The animation team was fabilous! - I liked very much the pool area. The food was good.

  We were very happy because we get exactly what we've expected and payed for. Read carefully the hotel description and comments from previous guests and you'll have a clear view of what to expect. This hotel is a great value for money - new hotel, modern and confortable furniture, clean rooms (don't expect daily towels change), very quiet place and... wat mensen zeggen » rooms (sound-proof), friendly staff, clean pool with a great view, big enough breakfast. And surprisingly for me - no mosquitos in Sunny Beach at all - Room Comfort, Air Conditioned, Cleaned every day, Sea & Pool view, Free use of safe, Restaurant food choice and quality for the price. Very friendly staff and manager where nothing was too much trouble. Pool, sun loungers and sun shades of good quality wood not plastic. Very modern look and the sky bar has amazing view of sunny beach at night.

  We loved our recent vacation at Karlovo hotel! The hotel as well as the swimming pool were both very, very clean. Food was good and the staff was very polite and friendly. The pictures from the hotel's website comply with the reality of things. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is stylish and the atmosphere is great.
