  The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding. We did not use the ... wat mensen zeggen » fitness room, but other people seemed to enjoy it. There was a game room(billiard and computer game) and a kids room as well but we never got to use i - I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

  The staff was very friendly, they didn't know english that good but they did their best to answer any questions The rooms were great The hotel was very close to the beach. The food wasn't so veried but very tasty - We liked the fact that the hotel was close to the beach and to the center of Sunny Beach.

  Private beach is great always available places and very quiet. Staff from bar and restaurant are very friendly and to do the best to please every customer. Everything is extremely clean from room to restaurant, outdoor terrace,pool everything is cleaned at least once a day. Location is great just in the middle of Sunny Beach next to many restaura... wat mensen zeggen » nts. The room design is very interesting and different. - We are a family with two older children. It was our second great summer vacation at Dune - an amazing location, very close to the sea, extremely polite staff, cozy rooms, select restaurant with delicious meals, private, uncrowded beach and the fabulous feeling of caring for happiness of each customer! Next summer we will certainly be back at Dune!

  I liked the location, very close tot the center and 10 meters from the beach. The room was very clean and they clean it every day. The food is ok, no complains.
