We never been in such hotels! Hristo is a wonderful and very friendly host and his wife too! Thank - Hostel Old Plovdiv lives up to its promises. With a group of five friends we stayed a week at the hostel at the end of July and we felt very much at home. We experienced a warm welcome and family-like treatment. Hristo and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They take excellent care of their guests. The guest house is clean, tidy, full of character and perfectly located in the middle of the Old Town.   Really a great place to stay. We had a very nice welcome by the owner. The location is perfect, just a few minutes to the city center. We even had a parking space inside of premises of the property. Everything was in order, wi-fi, tv, shower etc.The Guest Rooms are very good and comfortable. The owner is a very friendly man and made us feel very welcome during our stay. - The owner was very friendly and full of advise on places to eat and gave us good directions. He also helped me with my bags when we arrived and when we left as you had to take them up a steep staircase. Coffee was available every morning at 8am. The guesthouse was very close to all the main attractions of Plovdiv, within walking distance. The rooms were very clean.
