  This hotel is a gem,very clean and well maintained in a excellent location with only a few minutes stroll to the beach and beautiful sea gardens and also to the central pedestrian area with shops, bars and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. As we had a late flight our check out time was extended to... wat mensen zeggen » 3.30 for 30 lev extra which was very reasonable. We'll have no problem staying here again on our next visit. - The location is ideal:it is very close to bus station and railway station. De accomodatie alsmede de locatie van het Bulgaria hotel is wellicht beter, echter kan het Bulgaria hotel wat leren van de gastvr... wat mensen zeggen » ijheid van Hotel Chiplakoff. - Ik verbleef in dit hotel nu voor de derde maal. Het is een familiehotel, en de ontvangst, de vriendelijkeid, de hulpbereidheid en flexibiliteit van deze familie is uitstekend. Bij mij is een "thuis"gevoel ontstaan, bijna krijgt men het gevoel bij deze familie zelf te logeren.
